A Question for YOU

Does your Industry or

Community feel the effects of Stress & Strain & Imbalances?

 If YES, read on

I understand stress is a part of life and even necessary in short bursts, that's ok.

But, where it's not ok is when the stress turns into prolonged strain.

That's when we see mood changes and myriad of other imbalances surface.

We all know that every Industry & Community have their challenges & issues,

some we can change, some we can't.

BUT regardless, there's one thing we can do to help those who are willing to listen...

...Educate & Inspire

"You don't know what you don't know" - Right?

How can we begin to make changes if we don't even understand at a fundamental level what's going on ?!

We may think we do -  our life is out of whack because of the job, the boss, the husband or wife, the kids, circumstances and events - Yes they all play a part in the up's and down's of life and a lot of things are out of our control,

HOWEVER in my personal and professional experience rather than trying to "fix" the external problem (which can be a lifelong battle) you need to look at yourself first.

The one thing we have the ability to control and change is OURSELVES!

That's why I offer the Insights, Education and Know-how to enlighten and inspire people to become part of the solution within themselves - which in turn positively reflects

on their life, industry & community (AKA the ripple effect).

SO HOW CAN I HELP?

Take the first step to helping your people

We were delighted to have Kerry as guest speaker at our youth group in June to present the role of natural medicine and how it can help to improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
One thing we have always been passionate about at Youth in Transition is in using an holistic approach to improve the mental health and well being of our young people, so it was so inspiring to hear how Kerry has helped a number of young people struggling with anxiety and depression by the use of natural medicine & wellness strategies.

It was also very refreshing to have the opportunity to talk with a professional outside of the general medicine field and to be able to refer our young people to a trusted expert.

Kerry gave a fabulous presentation on neurochemistry and endocrinology (the brain, nervous and hormonal systems) and how stress and anxiety can affect these systems and thus affect our mental and physical health. It was very informative and thought provoking.
