An informative and fun three part lecture series focusing on informed and appropriate food choices coupled with nutritional and dietary awareness, the Inner Harmony 101 series asks three fundamental Food and Cooking questions.
WHAT + WHY + HOW = FOOD 101
These three simple questions are aimed at uncovering and understanding daily food choices and motivations, their health and wellness consequences and options for change.

By reviewing different food groups and their nutritional value, methods of cookery and appraisal of our food choices, alongside practical tools and advice, our FOOD 101 LECTURE SERIES focuses on informing and educating our clients to assist them in making better food choices.
